2. Course Registration and Payment

Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless payment plan arrangements have been made. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancellations made 14+ days before course start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by PlainEnchy are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

Students must treat instructors and fellow participants with respect. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from courses without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

PlainEnchy provides training services to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee specific career outcomes or results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
