How PlainEnchy Began
PlainEnchy was founded in 2009 by former international keynote speaker Alexandra Morrison, who recognized that most people feared public speaking more than any other professional challenge.
After delivering workshops across 40+ countries, Alexandra returned to Melbourne with a vision: create a comprehensive training institute making world-class speaking skills accessible to everyday professionals.
What started as small weekend workshops has grown into Australia's premier public speaking academy, having transformed over 5,000 professionals from nervous speakers into confident communicators.
